If you have a Active Directory (Windows) login, use your Windows username and password to login to the CurePF.
Active Directory users are unable to change their password using the CurePF.
Once the System Administrator has created your account you will receive an email with your Username and Password. Enter this information in the Username and Password fields located on the CurePF login screen.
To update your Account Information simply follow the steps below;
- Click on your Username (Connie for example) located in the top right of the CurePF.
- Click the edit button located at the bottom of your User Detail window.
- Enter your information.
- Click save.
*Active Directory users are unable to change their email using the CurePF
The CurePF sends out emails when a Task is created or edited to the associated users. These emails may get overwhelming at times and may be shut off. To turn off email notifications follow these steps;
- Click on your Username located in the top right of the CurePF.
- Click the edit button located at the bottom of your User Detail window.
- Check “Turn Off Email Notifications”
- Click Save
- Click on your Username located in the top right of the CurePF.
- Select the “Change Password” Tab located on the top of the User Detail window.
- Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm your new password.
- Click Change Password. An email will be sent to the registered email with the new password you have chosen.

In the case that you forget your password follow the directions below to recover it.
- Click the Forgot Password link on the Login Page.
- Enter your User Name into the Textbox.
- Click Submit, You password will be sent the Email Address registered to the Account.
